24y F fell while hiking. No PMH no LOC, she walked 4 hours down the mountain with a bandana as support. 1) right after the fall 2-4) arrival to ED 4/5 hrs after 5) X-ray. Pt was advised to see an orthopedic specialist asap. Reduced slightly in the ED for splinting purposes.
