Case Details
Case Overview
43 y/o lady of Bedouin origin with asthma, was admitted and treated for pneumonia with Levofloxacin. First CXR was obtained on admission, second picture is to compare the recent x-ray to the one obtained by her family doctor 27 days before admission. During the night her breathing deteriorated, saturation dropped to 68% and it seemed she was suffering from an acute severe asthma exacerbation so she was intubated. Chest CT was obtained the next day. What do you think? Do you see anything on the CXR? What's your DD? Ask for more details
