Report case

Significant corneal neovascularization s/p PKP with history of 2 previous graft rejections. 3 month spacing between photos. No cells/flare or rejection lines. Significant guttata and pannus/scarring at the graft host junction. Correctable to 20/25 with scleral contact lens. Using PredForte 1% bid.

Infected Carbuncle with a deep seated abscess of the right lower limb anteriorly over the shin. Breaching the fascia , patient is a 44 year old female with DM. Drained about 80- 100 cc of pus. Had to excise a significant bit of tissue, post debridement have put her on Vacuum dressing , will graft the wound shortly. Pus Culture grew ESBL started antibiotics accordingly.
