Today's strip of the day. 89+ yom, sick for a few days. CC is difficulty breathing. Wheezes can be heard standing by him, rales when auscultated as well. Productive cough. No significant work of breathing. Pulse 93~, bp 118/81, rr about 25, EtCO2 27, 94% room air, afebrile. Family poor historians. No chest pain, abnormal weakness, dizzy, diaphoresis, nausea/vomiting or other stereotypical MI flags. Monitor says STEMI twice. what do you say? Hx: MI, HTN, hyperlipidemia, and some other things based on meds. Tx: Duoneb and 324mg asa.
