First two pictures are the exit wounds, right and left thighs. Scrotum was also burned. 3: surgical wound, during and post op. 4: wound after an abscess was drained. Spent 10 days in the ICU. He got a colostomy and got reconnected six months later.

A woman got an accident when riding motorcycle. She fell and was thrown on the road, and then go home by herself. At home she sterilized the border of the bleeding using alcohol swab, and cleaned the wound then closed the wound using povidone iodine. The wound is approximately 1 - 1,5 cm deep, and there's swelling on the left hand. What treatment should be done for this patient? What should be done for the swelling?

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?

A 4-month-old male infant presented with skin lesions localized to the chin for the past 3 days. Physical examination revealed multiple small pustules with surrounding inflammatory signs on the chin, along with a few scattered papules on the chest.
