Severe pruritic rash x1.3years 32yo M, was "was originally treated for ringworm, then told I had pityriasis rosea, they gave me shot of cortisone in butt, rash has spread to both lower legs and hands" NKA, no health problems, VS WNL, diag? Diff. Diag?

29/F came in for consult due to pruritic rashes. Symptoms started 4 days prior as a flat, pruritic erythematous rash on her abdomen. She claims that the rash expanded in a span of a few days along with eruption of new rashes of similar morphology on the rest of her abdomen, back, nape, arms and thighs. There was a history of an undocumented one-day fever days prior the appearance of the first rash. There were no joint pains, no intake of any medications or drugs. Relatives of close contact do not exhibit the rashes. She has no known allergies. On examination, rashes are maculopapular to patchy with occasional papulosquamous reaction. Any idea what could the diagnosis be? Was thinking of PR or Guttate Psioriasis.

30' Male with painless rash/nodules growing on the face since 3 weeks. Patient under Mopral. Has cutted wood and used a soap with Linalool the day before. D1: 6 to 8 big nodules have appeared at the same time on the face - D8: some of them have disappeared but others have appeared so we've started Fucidine, without effects - D10: Dermatologist gave him Aerius and Locoid but it got worse (more little red painless rash growing) and little red rash on the neck and arms appeared also - D18: there are more red rash and nodules. Patient has stopped Locoid. No rash on the rest of the body.

60 y.o. M w/ PMH newly diag myelofibrosis. Thoughts?

35yo female complaining of 36 hr history of pruitic raised rash on both dorsal forearms. Denies any history of new interactions, detergents, oils, or creams. Pt stated that prior to the rash she interacted with her 2 turtles and cleaned their tank. Any ideas?
