A 35 year old male presents with atraumatic pain and swelling of the L ankle along with the pictured rash that affects his B legs and buttock area. He is on no medications and has no prior medical history. About 2 weeks ago he had abdominal pain and some diarrhea which self resolved. What is the diagnosis and what test should be ordered?
