non healing wound (10 weeks) in 40 y o female, status post infected biopsy site. Biopsy performed for suspicion of lymphoma right neck. No other pertinent hx other than 20 pack years of #Cigarette-smoking and illicit non IV drug use. Other than confirming underlying pathophysiology, how would you go about treating this wound?
