36 year old African-American female developed chronic comedones ("blackheads") on bilateral symmetric areas of excess skin folds as the skin excess progressed after gastric sleeve ~5 years ago.
The images show comedones on excess skin of R upper arm (top) and on inferior aspect of R breast (bottom). She has similar findings on excess skin of upper-inner thighs.
She has good hygiene, does NOT have axillary, inguinal or vulvar involvement, and NO furuncles, carbuncles or pruritis.
My working Dx is acne vulgaris. Does anyone else have any thoughts on diagnosis and treatment? Thanks!
