10 yr old girl experiencing difficulties including heavy bleeding and extreme pain. She just had her second period; it lasted 8 days. The bleeding was heavier than last time and pain was worse. An appointment has been made to see the gynecologist.

What could this be? There are several of these erythematous lesions on the patient's body. It has recurred 3 times in the last 3 months and one lesion has been present for 6 months. No discharge or bleeding. No pain or itchiness. No family hx of skin cancer.
Patient hasn't had period in 4 months (irregular cycle). 3 weeks ago negative pregnancy test but then positive home pregnancy test last week. Bicornuate uterus. No GS seen yet. But thick endometriums with small cystic areas within endos. No vaginal bleeding or pain. Any ideas?
