66 y/o male complains of left side flank pain that radiates to lower back. The patient was ambulatory on scene and assessment was unremarkable to say the least. He was stable and did not appear to be uncomfortable or distressed but wanted to be transported to the ER to be checked out. The patient advised he drinks water regularly but mentioned his urine was a dark golden brown color. I'm sure the gentleman is moderately dehydrated, and while en route, I ran a 12-lead (because I want to be in the habit of doing so since I'm in school) and I noticed a sinus rhythm with what appears to be a bigeminy of PACs. Benign, I'm sure; I just thought it was interesting despite the call.
