Male in his 80s came in after a collapse. Ambulance crew attended and found him in Pulsed VT. GCS 15/15 on arrival to ED. This is his ECG before and after amioderone 300mg IV.

62 yo male called for vomiting x4 hours. Dialysis pt scheduled for treatment the next morning. New complaint of respiratory distress minutes after we arrived. Within minutes he had audible rales and intense difficulty breathing. Pt. stated CPAP helped immensely. This is his 12 lead, a little messy due to pt movement.
53yoM c/o sudden onset CP, SOB, and Weakness after smoking his morning cigarette, only prior he controlled HTN. Early morning STEMI alert, attempted to fly the pt for rapid transport to PCI capable facility but cancelled due to weather, still made within 90min window.
40 yom presented to the ED with STEMI. He felt chest pain after his son came home with poor marks on his report card. He then went about his evening, took his young daughter to dance class, but had to leave early due to chest discomfort. Within 20 minutes in the ED he he arrested, CPR initiated, ROSC after one defibrillation. Pt had a very large caliber LAD (7-8mm by our guess...) total occlusion. Clot retrieved with Pronto catheter. Pt is recovering well.
61 yof c/o CP for 4 hours. Pt. Was very cool and clammy. No PMH. No ST elevation on 12lead, right sided 12 lead , or 15 lead. Vitals: 52/30, P 112, lungs clear, Pain rad. to back. Coded after 15 min in ER. Unable to get pressure above 70 systolic during transport or at ER.
