14-year-old boy with a missing #21 (#9). A supernumerary tooth interfering with its eruption. Idea was to surgically expose the area, remove the supernumerary and bring out the central incisor with traction. Upon surgical opening, the supernumerary was extracted. It was a fused tooth with another supernumerary that was not evident clinically or radiographically. 32 y/o male, past history of methamphetamine useage. Rampant caries protocol used, removing as much decay as possible and treating with resin modified glass ionomer. (Mostly equia). This is after two sessions with probably one or two to go. This is a charity case and the patient is getting his life back together. Incredibly, the patient has not had much pain before or after the procedures. I have also been using silver diamamine fluoride to arrest caries to halt progression of the decay.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/6d97796e-3cbd-44f6-9a56-c42e46cba6a5)
