UPDATE on the 13yo kid with a pathological fracture over a unicameral bone cyst while arm wrestling. We tried conservative treatment in a sling, but a significant displacement happened after 2 weeks. We decided that a CRIF technique would be best. We had to re-break it because of the very strong callus that had formed, then we used 2 titanium elastic nails. It seems stable after 2 more weeks as you can see on the first X-Ray. The 2 following images are showing the pre-op displacement (Not to mention the clinical angulation of the kid's arm that was disturbing for him and his parents).

UPDATE Following up on the 14yo boy who sustained a pathological fracture of a large unicameral bone cyst while arm wrestling. Initial conservative measures failed due to secondary displacement. TEN's (Titanium Elastic Nail) were inserted. Hardware removed after 3 months. This is 2 months after the hardware removal. Very nice consolidation, with a few small cystic areas remaining. There's a residual angulation in the sagittal plane : Do you think it will improve with time ?](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/24773de0-a4cd-4e6e-b026-ce27e49d545b)
