This was found in our Outpatient Surgery Department. No one has any idea what it might be. I have some off the wall ideas that we threw around but for the most part-everyone is completely stumped! Thanks in advance for any help provided! I'm just naturally a very curious and inquisitive individual that likes to have answers-no matter how irrelevant they may seem.
