32 years old male patient hospitalized with the diagnosis of #Wegener's-granulomatosis in the rheumatology ward. I was consulted for severe abdominal #Pain. Patient showed signs of #Peritonitis and abdominal CT revealed free gas in the abdominal cavity. We found 23 separate small #Bowel perforations and repaired all. Patient did well after #Surgery and returned to rheumatology ward for further treatment.
