A Technician sees a patient who claims they has "cataract surgery of some sort" and looks at the history and was amazed that this patient had axial lengths of 30mm OU! Patient is 20/20-2 in each eye unaided. An OCT was done the same day since the Tech was asked to perform, and both eyes looked very similar to the image (this was the patients right eye). Patient is phakic OU, what could have been done, surgery wise, and what can be seen in the image? The white arrow should help.
