I am a nursing student at clinicals. This is a 26 y/o female. Besides spinal alignment and hips is anything else wrong in this xray?

  1. CT scan (A) and radiographs w/ breast-tissue contours of a 5y/o female with Wilms tumor. Radiographs show whole-lung (B), whole-abdomen (C), and flank (D) radiation fields. 2. Risk of breast cancer by radiotherapy received. This study found that WT survivors who received chest RT had higher BC rates than the general population. It also found higher BC rates in WT survivors who didn't receive chest RT. How do you interpret this?


#MRI brain with a surprise artifact. Couldn't figure it out as patient was competent and denied anything implanted. Obviously we see the shunt and skull fixation from a previous craniotomy. What do you see?
