Patient's Case Summary

Patient's chief complaint is sore throat. Patient is afebrile, strep test negative, cervical lymph nodes not enlarged. Patient is currently taking Zoloft for depression and Cosentyx for psoriasis. I'm guessing tonsillitis as a side effect of Cosentyx. Any suggestions on how to manage this patient? Thank you!
