a 5 yo Hispanic male presents complaining of a rash located over his scalp/posterior hair line. Pt's mother states that the area was flaky and pruritic for 2-3 weeks prior to current appearance. For the last week the area has been draining purulent lateral and is fluctuant tender and crusting. Purulent drainage is noted under crusts. Tissue is also friable and bleeds with minor exploration. Dx and tmt?
