Case Description: Left Leg And Left Foot of 45 yo female with diabetes mellitus who is non-compliant with care. Blood sugars often run in the 500-600 range and have been as high as the 700's. The patient has been educated on the importance of maintaining low blood sugars by diet, exercise, and following medication guidelines.

1. A 22 yo male diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome has excessive sweating in the hands and feet since childhood.

2. Patient complaint regarding jelly like whitish urine while on insulin treatment.

3. Large vitreous hemorrhage due to diabetes mellitus with recent cancer diagnosis
