Case Overview

Case Details

87 F, still very active, with unstable distal tib-fib fx, good pulses but atrophic skin and osteoporotic bone. Stabilized with fibular nail, perc tibial screws, and monorail ex-fix. Thoughts? (Not my case, my partners. Sorry for image quality)
