A 60-year-old female patient presents with this lesion on the lower lip for 2 days. She reports a burning sensation at the site. Based on the appearance of the lesion and the symptoms, what is the most likely diagnosis?

Case Update 1

The lesion located on the lower lip has a small plate, yellowish to crusty, irregular and slightly ulcerated surface, with discrete peripheral erythema.

The diagnosis is Simple Herpes Virus Injury.

Diagnosis Added

Herpes Vírus.
