28 year old female patient came into practice with reoccurring tonsilitis. Referred to ENT consultant whom concluded deviated right septum which is causing chronic inflammation of the throat due to mouth breathing. Given a saline nose wash and told to come back if problem persists. Comments for treatment ideas? Hesitant to keep giving antibiotics as concerned for antibiotic resistance.
