45 yrs old lady presented with left foot pain started yesterday after she had foot inversion.

Examination unable to walk. Mild swelling. No tenderness.

Broken 5th metatarsal left foot

Came into clinic with 10/10 foot pain secondary to 5 foot fall. Landed on foot. Dx: Calcaneus fracture

Open fracture from motorcycle wreck. Foot caught between the foot peg and the shift lever.

Lateral foot pain after twisting left foot
