A 35 y.o man has had papules on his penis for about 2 months. They have been getting bigger but slowly. Painless (even when touched or pinched), no itching, without erythematous base. Sexually active, but with different people. Almost always use condoms, but maybe on 2 out of 10 occasions, not using them. They're about 1-1.5 mm in diameter. What could they be? And what treatment? Thanks.
