Dispatched for a male who fell and cut his chin. On arrival, heart rate ~25 with EKG 1 and 2. BP 70/40. Atropine 0.5mg (IV, ASA too) brings him to EKG 2 with a BP 130/80. Unremarkable transport, and sent to cath as soon as it was prepped.
