advice please. 70 year old male, wears upper + lower partial dentures which he sleeps with out. Smokes 25 cig/day. Oral hygiene very good. No med Hx. Asymptomatic tongue lesion of unknown duration. I dx'd median rhomboid glossitis and Rx 2/52 nystatin drops qid but no resolution. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks. Pt is not interested in quitting smoking
