28yo, M, came for routine medical examination. When I was taking his vital signs (RR 20, 126/80mmHg, Pulse 80/min, SpO2 99%), I felt a irregular radial pulse. Asymptomatic right now. Pt told me he had some episodes of palpitations affecting his sleep during the last year and tried to auto-medicate himself with alcool. No PMH, only high blood pressure in the family, No Rx
